2022 Parochial Report: Due March 1

In accordance with The Episcopal Church and Diocesan Canons, a report of every Parish and other Congregation of this Church shall be prepared annually for the year ending December 31, and shall be filed not later than March 1 with the Bishop of the Diocese. The filing of this report shall be the joint duty of the Rector or Member of the Clergy in charge and the lay leadership. The report shall be approved by the Vestry or Bishop’s Committee prior to being filed. Filing opened on January 1, 2023.

The online filing site for Parochial Reports is: https://reports.dfms.org

 Although a downloadable form is available, the reports must be entered online to be marked as complete. If you require assistance, contact the Bishop's office for help.

PLEASE NOTE:

Along with filing online, a copy of each congregation's Parochial Report (including a copy of the signed page 1) and ALL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS used to calculate page 5 of the report be submitted to the Bishop's office at dnwtcomm@nwtdiocese.org.

If you are not able to email the requested documents, please mail them to Bishop Mayer's office at 1802 Broadway, Lubbock, TX 79401.

All documentation must be submitted to the Bishop's office by March 1st.
