Canterbury at TTU Heads on Civil Rights Pilgrimage on Saturday, March 9

On Saturday, March 9, nineteen Canterburians from Canterbury Episcopal Campus Ministry at Texas Tech will be traveling to Tennessee and Alabama for our spring break retreat. Our retreat will be a civil rights tour of the south and will not only include trips to Memphis, Birmingham, Montgomery, Hayneville, and Selma, but will also include ample time for reflection on our participation in the systemic sin of racism. Please pray for us as we travel.
If you would like to follow along with us on our trip, this is what we are doing each day:

Visit the Civil Rights Memorial Center, Dexter Avenue King Memorial Baptist Church, the site where Jonathan Daniels died in Hayneville, AL, and Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma
